What's your warranty?

(1) The warranty period for engine is 1-3 year or 2000- 5000 working hours since the goods delivery to the user, whichever comes first..

(2) For spare parts, 12 months

What's your delivery time?

(1) Delivery time is not fixed,it dependent on the order quantity, stock, transportation,custom time,etc..
(2)Usually international express is 7 to 10 working days, train and ship need 15 to 25 working days.

What are the shipping method ?

(1) The EXW(Ex Works), FOB(Free on Board), CIF(Cost and Freight), FCA(Free Carrier), DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid), DDP(Delivered Duty Paid) are available.

How to avoid mistake?

(1) We suggest you offer us detail info like Brand, Application, Engine Series Number(ESN), Part.
(2)Number, etc.. If there is something not clear, please send us the pictures for our information. Let's reduce the possible mistake before sending goods.
